About Us

Lextrapolate exists to make lawyers get the best out of the modern world. Our founder is Chris Jeyes, a practising barrister who has appeared at all levels of the UK court system, and has previously been a partner (as in-house counsel) in a regional law firm as well, as a UK government lawyer. In addition, he has experience of the use of modern facilitation and workshopping techniques as used by all the major tech businesses.

Previous work has included establishing a freestanding conveyancing brand with its own customised automated workflow, creating custom GPTs and AI agent tools, advising on technology and data protection issues, and even at one stage appearing before a High Court Judge to present arguments relating to the relationship between the EU E-Commerce Directive and the deployment of Usenet newsgroups.
