AI for Lawyers Course Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for those who purchase the online course, AI for Lawyers, and any purchase is subject to these terms.

This product is written by a lawyer, so as you would expect there are some terms and conditions.

  1. This course is provided by and on behalf of Lextrapolate Limited, a company registered in England and Wales and your agreement is with the company. No personal liability is accepted by Christopher Jeyes or any other servant or agent of the company.
  2. Purchase of the course permits one year of access including any updates to the course published within that year. Whilst we hope and intend to publish regular updates, the content and timing of such updates is in our absolute discretion.
  3. You agree that you will not hold us responsible for software or technical failures and that access may be limited by website and internet downtime. We take no responsibility for technical issues beyond our control.
  4. We have used our best endeavours to ensure the content is accurate as at July 2025 but the AI world changes extremely quickly. It is your responsibility to ensure that usage of any AI tool or technique is suitable, appropriate and in accordance with your obligations to your regulator and the law.
  5. Our liability is limited to the price you have paid for the course and we accept no liability for any consequential loss no matter how such has occurred. You acknowledge that this term is reasonable and fair in the circumstances as on purchase we do not know what you intend to use AI for, your skill and experience level, or the circumstances of your client.
